Don’t Try To Be Great

Even though it may not be at the top of our priority list, we all want to be great. But that’s quite a tough goal to achieve. It doesn’t give enough direction.

Plus, when we look to better ourselves we tend to introduce new habits and things into our lives. This often complicates things more and weighs us down rather than pulls us up.

A much easier way to get ahead is to avoid stupidity.

For instance. By reading this blog post, you’re choosing not to read or do something else. It’s a trade off. Choosing one thing means giving up another.

Is what you’re doing getting you closer to greatness? If not, what you’re doing may be a little stupid.

Steer clear of it. Unless it’s reading my blog posts, that’s incredibly important and life affirming.
