Big Growth Is Like Time Travel

Spending 10 minutes on a Duolingo exercise about animals drinking milk feels pointless when you see a 7-year-old tourist speaking fluent Portuguese.

Knocking out a few sets of pushups before breakfast feels embarrassing when your Instagram feed is bursting with carefully chiselled physiques.

But is it though?

Whenever time travel comes up in movies, everyone is careful not to interact with anything out of fear of radically changing the future. But in real life, hardly anyone believes the future can be changed by doing something small.

What’s the difference?

As long as you’re consistent, you only need a little to get radical results.
