Don’t Pursue Happiness

Happiness is a fleeting emotion, not a life goal that you can check off your to-do list. If you want a greater sense of well-being, you must hunt down what matters to you.

Perhaps that’s depth in your relationships, aliveness, chipping in, personal achievement, connection, novelty, discovery, sexual ecstasy, growth, or becoming a person of integrity.

Happiness is a byproduct of fulfillment. So find out what creams your twinkie.
